Construction plans to turn the former Laneco property on Sullivan Trail into a commercial space for businesses like a health facility, exercise club and children's indoor play park are well under way for Park Plaza at Sullivan Trail. Developers are hoping to have the 109,200-square-foot project complete and up and running by March 2012.
