Equipment Failure Knocks Out Phone Connection to UGI Utilities
A multi-state equipment issue has knocked out 800 number phone service for UGI Utilities and other businesses.
Due to an equipment issue by a major provider of 800 number phone service in multiple states, UGI Utilities and other businesses have temporarily lost 800 phone service. Because of this outage, UGI’s regular phone numbers for UGI Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas and UGI Electric (800-276-2722) and UGI Central Penn Gas (800-652-0550) are not functional at this time. UGI’s Call Center is operating. During this situation, UGI is only accepting emergency phone calls.
