Man pleads guilty to robbing Centre Square bank, says he was distraught over losing his job.
After losing his job last November, Josh Kissel walked into the Wells-Fargo bank branch in Easton's Centre Square and told a teller to hand over some cash. He had no plan, just his girlfriend's warning in his head: Don't come home without a car payment. According to the Express-Times, that's the account Kissel gave in Northampton County Court Monday, while pleading guilty to the robbery on November 7, 2011. Kissel also apologized to his victims, his family, and everyone connected to the robbery. "I'm sorry to the people who had to go through this because of my lack of thinking," he said. Kissel, 29, of Easton, walked out of the bank with $500, but was arrested soon after. In court on Monday, he admitted that the robbery was a rash …
