A Wilson man has been charged with attempted homicide for allegedly choking his estranged wife in her Palmer Township home, according to report in the Express-Times. According to court papers, Usman Seyal, is also charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment. The victim, Asia Seyal, reported the incident on Sunday after seeking treatment for her injuries at Easton Hospital, reports say. Usman Seyal was sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail, but posted bail over the weekend.
