The Pennsylvania Lottery sold three winning Powerball tickets worth $1 million each for the Wednesday, Nov. 28 drawing. The tickets were sold at the following locations: Each ticket correctly matched all five white balls, 05-16-22-23-29, but not the red Powerball 06, to win a prize of $1 million, less 25 percent federal withholding.
