Neighborhood Tot Lot Not Favored in Forks
Forks Township supervisors debate safety issues regarding a neighborhood tot lot.
It's just a tot lot. But a tot lot proposed for Vista Estates stirred up quite a bit of debate at the recent Forks Township Board of Supervisors work session. "I think it's a bad idea," Supervisors Chairman Erik Chuss said. "I don't think we should get involved with it." Zoning Officer Tim Weis had pitched the proposal to supervisors that the Vista Estates Homeowners Association would donate a roughly 1-acre parcel alongside Richmond Road for a "tot lot."
