ReplyThis is a great conversation, and civil, too! Thanks for your participation. Yes, there are angles to this story, but the story is that the woman filed suit accusing the priest. The story isn't that no charges were filed because that wouldn't be information, and by itself wouldn't even be reported. What made it a story was the woman's lawyers stood on the county steps and proclaimed they filed the suit accusing the priest. And it appears the reason they did that was because the DA said the investigation didn't warrant an arrest. And the next step would be more investigation ... I suppose.

Yes good questions ... the existing design has a track, but must tracks wrap around the football field, as in the proposal for CB East, which would make it about 1/4 mile, but 400 meters is standard these days.
