Palmer Opens Yard Waste Facility for Storm Cleanup
The Berks Street yard waste recycling site off of Freemansburg Avenue will be open for residents who want to drop off damaged items from Hurricane Irene.
Palmer Township officials say the municipal yard waste facility on Berks Street, just off Freemansburg Avenue, will be open today and Tuesday from 3pm to 7pm to assist residents with storm cleanup. Fees will be waived during these two days.
