State Sen. Mensch to Appeal Disorderly Conduct Conviction

Reports say he will appeal as soon as court date is set.

The Express-Times is reporting that state Sen. Bob Mensch, R-24th district, will appeal a March conviction of disorderly conduct. The conviction is related to an incident along Interstate 78 in Berks County in which Mensch is said to have displayed a handgun. According to the article, Mensch plans to appeal in order to "preserve his reputation."
