Judge Refuses to Ban Boobies Bracelets For EASD

Students still allowed to wear cancer awareness bracelets

A request by the Easton Area School District to lift an injunction that allows students to continue to wear the "I Love Boobies" bracelets in school has been denied.

According to an article published today in the Morning Call, U.S. District Judge Mary A. McLaughlin refused to lift a preliminary injunction that prevents school officials from enforcing a ban on the breast cancer awareness bracelets.

In April, a judge ruled the bracelets were okay for middle school students to wear in school.
